Sad day

Today is Retro Wednesday, but just a moment ago the Senate of the United States failed to pass gun control reform. Today my prayers are with the families of all who have lost their loved ones due to gun violence. We should be ashamed.

Yes, today our nation should indeed stand with bowed head in shame!
Unless we speak up for gun control every one of us shares in the guilt of those who have died and will die senseless deaths in the future.

With Spring comes a new lease on life for us lucky enough to embrace it...I, for one, am going to pounce on it. Complacency is our downfall...embrace everything you can while you can!
